It has been 4 days that I cannot open/upload to use photoshop web

I am also experiencing this. Bridge will open a file but hangs or crashes if I attempt to use editing features. When I go to Photoshop to open a file, it simply bounces back to Bridge. Totally useless and quite exasperating. Wondering if I will have to dump Photoshop altogether.
