I have a large image that will cause Photoshop to crash Mac OS 100% of the time

I tried to report it to Adobe, but they spent the better part of an hour trying to prove to me it was my fault. Finally, I told them that if I went through the steps with them watching, I'd crash and disconnect. They insisted. I did it. It crashed. Since I was disconnected, Adobe closed the complaint.

SO: does Adobe even care about their bugs?

I can, too. That's not the issue. I have a particular .PSB that is guaranteed to crash the system.

I offered to upload it so they could crash their systems and chase the problem.

Instead, we spent an hour showing me how to do stuff I laready knew how to do on the theory I probably didn't.

When my system predictably crashed, they closed the ticket, presuming I'd gone away.

Well, I had. My system crashed and was no longer in the chat.

I can open huge images up to some extreme as I have some huge montages from NASA that were scans of deep space that pushed my rig hard
