I use Pshop in my business. It's the last step in my process. In the last week it's been crashing

I work only in windows because it's the standard in my profession. At the moment I'm stuck in a version of windows that keeps me at Pshop 2022. The Win version 1909 is where I'm stuck while I need ver 22HR to move up. I will obviously need to wipe the system drive and upgrade Windows. Till I transfer all my files to my server, I have to wait and suffer.

I use Pshop in my business. It's the last step in my process. In the last weeks it's been crashing or just refusing to be a normal app. Why? 

Sometimes it's  "Not enough RAM..." to load small jpg images or it's tryting to save a jpg  but saving a PDF at highest size is not a problem though. I've never had one of these issues before! here's my system specs if that helps:
