inconsistent UI spacing

I just noticed that there's inconsistency in the blend mode spacing between tools.
This is not particularly a bug, but I know that other software try to keep all elements spaced the same distance. 
I don't know why such a thing happens, as I believe they should be using the same library to draw the elements.
