Keyboard shortcut for foreground color picker in photoshop doesn't work WINDOWS 25.11.0

@noobMan93 This has been resolved in the latest beta build 25.12 so it should be coming out soon hopefully.

@leiferik this is a user-to-user forum moderated by volunteers not direct Adobe support.

I wish Adobe could be better at responding to problems, bugs etc that constantly recur when updating Photoshop.
