Lag when moving the canvas with navigator tab present

Here we go again... The title is pretty self explanatory, but i`ll still pin a gif. Basically it only happens with Navigator tab turned on, without it everything is normal. I dont have any lag besides when i move around the canvas.
I use photoshop 22.2, and i have pretty good specs on my laptop (Rtx 4060, Ryzen 7 7735hs 16gb RAM), at least enough for moving the canvas, that`s for sure.

Do you have a newer version of Photoshop installed and if so, does that version exhibit the same behaviour?

It's possible that was a bug in the Photoshop 22.x versions that was fixed in an update or the next Photoshop version.

I did it, and it helped, but when i turned off Flick Panning, it started lagging again. So the source of the problem is Flick Panning, and this made it even worse, because i dont want to be forced to use Flick Panning, or turn off navigator

@Nice_????7580 I don't have version 22.2 installed to test, but have you tried manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset
