Locked out of photoshop

Locked out of photoshop, whenever i try to open the app i'm told i must sign out of a device to continue ( I only use one) then im told to resolve the issue on adobe.com, and the link provided does not work ( error the request could not be satisfied ). Can i please use the service i pay for.

    Are you using Photoshop CS or CC?. If CS then see the advice from Jane, Adobe no longer reset activations for CS.
    If CC and you try to exceed the two PC limit, then log into your account and select which device you don’t want to use. To do that access your account via the CC app (click on your avatar at the top right of the CC app and choose Manage Account). Then choose Plans and Payment > Activated Devices and choose which device to disable. You should then be OK on your current version.

    You need to have at least one of your two activations available to activate on a new computer. If you don’t, you are out of luck. Adobe  does not reset activations. 

    Activations were required for CS6 and earlier. Adobe changed that in 2013 with newer apps. I’m curious as to why you are still paying for an app that was released in 2012 or earlier?
