Minor text-selection bug

Create a multi-line block of paragraph text. Triple-click to select a specific line, then press either right-arrow or down-arrow key.

Expected: cursor moves to end of the selected line

Actual: cursor moves to the point in the line that was triple-clicked

Reproduced on both Mac and Windows, Photoshop 25.11.
