Missing Scripts folder, even after re-installing

Photoshop 2024, v 25.12

MacOS 13.7

I have a script to install, but there is no folder for scripts inside of Presets. I have re-installed PS; still no folder. What's my next step? Will updating to Sonoma actually fix this? Or should I wait until the new app versions rollout at Adobe Max? It's not urgent, but it is problematic and weird.

Double check the path as per the post from  @Jeff Arola. If you are in the correct Application/Presets folder and the folder is misusing, there's nothing stopping you making a new one.

Outside of installation, the File/Scripts menu offers a browse feature to run an adhoc script which can be recorded into an action, or you can drag a script onto the Photoshop application icon.

You looked in

Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2024/Presets/Scripts

sounds like your looking in

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2024/Presets

instead
