None of my brushes are working, healing, patch, any of my brushes, quick selection.etc...

Help! None of my quick selection brushes: patch tool, Quick selection, any of my brush tools, blemish removal etc will work. I'm not sure what to do to fix it. I would really appreciate any help to fix this issue! I need to complete editing a current project asap! TIA!
