“Not a valid photoshop 2.0 file”

After updating my iPad to iPadOS 27, Photoshop 7.8.2 will not open any images. I receive “not a valid Photoshop 2.0 file.” This happens with new iPhone photos, screenshots, Camera Roll, Files, and Place Photo. I restarted the iPad and completely deleted/reinstalled Photoshop, but the problem remains.
