Hi @Daniel1601,

First, I sincerely apologize for the delay. Here are some targeted troubleshooting steps that may help:

1. Try a different browser or disable extensions. Specifically, ad blockers, privacy extensions, or anything that intercepts network requests (such as VPN browser extensions) can interrupt the download handshake for .psdc files midstream. Try an incognito/private window with all extensions disabled.

2. Attempt the download from a different access point. If you can access https://adobe.ly/4wKITEW, try opening the file there first (rather than downloading), then use File > Save a Copy to export it as a .psd to your local machine. This uses a different code path than the direct download button.

3. Access via Creative Cloud Desktop app. If the file is synced to your Creative Cloud account, open the Creative Cloud desktop app, navigate to Your Files > Cloud Documents, locate "book.psdc," right-click, and choose Open in Photoshop (desktop). Once open locally, you can immediately Save As to your hard drive.

4. Check if the file is inside a folder structure. Make sure your browser isn't serving a cached version of Photoshop Web. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).

A couple of questions to help narrow this down further:

  • Is this happening with only this specific file ("book.psdc"), or are all your cloud documents failing to download?

  • Are you able to open the file in Photoshop on the web (and work on it), or does the error occur even when trying to open it?

Please let us know how it goes, and again, my apologies for the delayed response.

Best,
