P: 24.0.0 crashes whenever 'Decontaminate Colours' is selected in Select and Mask

Hi

Photoshop 24.0.0, macOS 13.0.1. Photoshop closes immediately whenever I try to tick the 'Decontaminate Colours' checkbox after refining with 'Select and Mask'. Does anyone have any idea on fixes?

Thanks

Happening on Intel Macs too... this is so annoying. Photoshop feels like it has devolved.
