P: After updating to Photoshop 2024, the application no longer appears in the Mac Launchpad

Hello,

today, I updated all Adobe applications on my MacBook Pro M1 through the Creative Cloud process. For me, these were the programs Photoshop, Photoshop Beta, Bridge and Camera RAW.

All worked, but Photoshop 2024 (without Beta) is no longer displayed in the MacBook's "Laughpad".

I have also moved the program to another folder and then put it back under Applications, but that didn't help. I then uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it. But it still does not show up.

Actually I don't care, because Photoshop works, but somehow I want to have it clean.

Does anyone have the same problems?

Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230906.r.37 b14e317 arm64
Mac OS Version: 3.5.2 (22G91)

Thanks for providing a solution but where is the reference folder? Do you mean the preferences folder?

I deleted Photoshop 2024 reference folder, loaded Photoshop 2024, Photoshop
created a new Photoshop 2024 reference folder and the problem solved!!!

Thanks

Yes, I see this too.

(I don’t use Launchpad, but this sounded odd so I checked on my Mac)
