P: Artifact when using onion skin while animating

Just one extra info: It seems that the onion skin is disabled while you drag with the mouse or pen but not if you just nudge the layer with the keyboard arrows.

Hi Cory, I manually restored the preferences following your instructions. The problem persists. However I noticed something:

While in Edit --> Preferences --> Performance I disabled "Use graphic Processor". The problem still persists, howevr it's a bit different. While I'm moving the drawing around  while onion skin is activated, instead of creating the artifact shown in the video, the "low opacity" drawings of the onion skin disappear altogether and reappear as soon as I remove the pen from the tablet. Similar bug, yet not exactly the same behaviour.

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
