Yes, there is a way to revert to a previous version it you own it. You can have both the new and old versions installed at the same time. I am a long-time Photoshop user, so for years I have made it a practice to keep the previous version as a backup in case of repeated crashes (which are not uncommon). Unfortunately, there are now time-wasting bugs in both Bridge CC and Photoshop CC that make using them counterproductive. So I am using PS6 and Bridge PS6, which means I am getting NOTHING for the monthly CC fee that Adobe is taking from me!

Yeah, any indication of progress, or target release date would be welcome.

Still not fixed? I thought faster updates and fixes was one of the the points of cc? Very disappointing. Is there a way to revert to the previous photoshop?

Come on Adobe! 24 days, and still no fix? The failure of PS CC to perform back-up with keys in the lasso tools is just ONE of the bugs that keeps me from using my Creative Cloud Programs! I still have to use PS CS6 and Bridge CS6, so you are charging me every month, and I get NOTHING for it! How do I get a refund?

After I installed the latest update on January 16, 2014, I can no longer delete points when using the Magnetic Lasso tool. Is this a bug in my copy of Photoshop, or has this ability been removed?

I am having this issue as well on my Win7 machine with Photoshop 14.2. I tend to use the poly lasso tool constantly and the ESC key when I want to change or back out of an incomplete poly. The ESC key is definitely not working unless I hit it repeatedly. My work-around is hitting ENTER, getting the NO PIXELS SELECTED message, then clearing that out, and then going on with my task.

Additionally, when working with very involved images, I frequently need to zoom in when using the poly lasso, but now I find that I cannot CTRL+ to zoom in while the poly lasso is active.

Fixing this for those of us that rely on Photoshop for daily work would be fantastic.

Thank you!!

Actually i don't see a fix, by installing CS6. I think it's an elemantary tool in Photoshop and actually i would prefer a fix for it, since the problem exists now for some time.

I have realized this. I work from lightroom, where CC is the default editor. I can edit with CS6 by choosing it as an alternate editor. A bit more involved, but doable. It seems to me, however, that the problem should be easy enough for Adobe to fix, except they are probably boxing it with other bug fixes, and sticking to a release schedule users are not privy to, nor will they be. This seems to be Adobe's corporate mentality.
