P: Backspace key not working with Polygonal and Magnetic Lasso (Windows, 14.2) [2014]

Windows 8.1, photoshop cc 14.2: delete in Polygon lasso doesn't work, and esc doesn't answer if i not hold it down 1 sec.

The same issue here as well, no backspace or esc or zoom when using lasso tool.
Nobody is willing to come with a solution from Adobe ?!

please fix this fault we are paying for software that cannot be used. the poly and lasso plus general selection delete do not work making the program useless

will adobe compensate for this fault that was caused by them not us.

Is there any way to go back to a previous install with Creative Cloud? This is killing our productivity.

PLEASE FIX THAT!!! these are major bugs! i use the polygonelasso every day! this really is frustrating. i cant beleve that this is a real problem! ... unbelevable!

Adobe is working on a fix for the Lasso tool problem already. I contacted them and someone from Adobe replied and will provide the fix soon.

I am unable to backspace delete to remove points using either the magnetic lasso or the polygonal lasso. This occurred immediately after the latest PSCC upgrade. I chatted with your first tier tech, tried everything she said, to no avail. This went on for about two hours. She finally agreed to escalate the problem and my request up a notch. This was over a week ago, but I have heard no response back. Sorry, but I have lost the case number.
