P: Can't hold ALT when creating a new adjustment layer from the layers panel with left click

(Maybe this has been reported previously, but I did not find it)

Previously (at least in PS CC pre-2014), I was able to hold "Alt" while left clicking in the "Create new fill or adjustment layer" button at the bottom of the layers panel - this way, after choosing the desired fill/adjustment layer, I could access a dialog where I could name the layer and adjust some options before actually creating it.

But with the current version, I can't, although it does work if I click with the *right* button while holding Alt . Is this the intended behavior now?

I'm running Win 8.1 and PS CC 2014.2.2 (20141204.r.310 x64).

This should be fixed according to this: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html , but (apparently) it's still not working (?)

Hold Alt key down. Right-click and hold on Adjustment Layer icon.  Move cursor up to layer required.  Release right mouse button.

For what it's worth, this is still happening with Photoshop CC 2015. Although at this stage, sadly I've almost lost the "muscle memory" for this part of my workflow and I no longer try to name the adjustment layers when creating them - I do it afterwards, in a separate step, or not at all (because the "holding-the-right-button" thingy doesn't stick with me for some reason).
Still, a confirmation of this feature being removed would have been nice, so that we know it's gone for good and not keep false hopes (granted, it's a minor issue, but for us working several hours daily with PS, minor details often have a significant impact in our workflow and efficiency).
Thanks anyway.
