P: CC 2014 always creates an empty pslog.txt in my home directory.

This log file gets recreated on every launch and is always empty. You shouldn't be writing empty files on a top level directory that's visible to users!

I just updated Photoshop this morning and it seems to be fixed!

Just wanted to give my 2¢ that I too have the file with the message about headlights logging not enabled.

I also wanted to note that you claim it is created, then deleted when Photoshop closes. It is always re-created if I delete it, but it is always there whether Photoshop is running or not.

Adobe fixed this problem with v14.2 but this time create new .log files inside the Document folder calls DesignLibrary_Photoshop.log...

Thanks Mr. NSA... Hiding a log file is not cool. If something is tracking you ("headlights"?) then I want to know about it..

And now that we know about the log file, what exactly is "headlights logging" and what does it do?

We're investigating this. I'm hoping to get it addressed in the next update.

Somehow headlights logging is disabled for you, otherwise the log couldn't say that it is disabled. But you're not the only one to find oddities in that area.
