P: Cmd+Opt+J on Layer Groups

Cmd+J duplicates a layer (group).

When doing Cmd+Opt+J on a layer, I get a popup to name the new layer.

When doing Cmd+Opt+J on a layer group I don't get the dialog, it just duplicates the group, as would Cmd+J.

I think this is a bug?
