P: Color picker dialog circle not updating while sampling color from image

Hi!
When using the color picker accross an image (to see how the value, saturation and hue transitions), i have to clic several times in order to see the changes. As a matter of fact, you only see the Hue change on the hue slider, just not the saturation and value one which stays static as long as you don't release the mouse clic.
In painter, the change are realtime, without having to spam the clic.

I find this option extremely valuable to see how gradients are functioning. How can i fix this?
thanks in advance

OK, so the color picker dialog. The round target should move in realtime as well, and does on my system.

Have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website?

Thank you for your reply Chris
I was speaking of the Photoshop CC 64 product, windows 8.1 64 version?

The color picker i speak about is the one popping when you clic for example on the foreground color box.
The numerical values are being displayed in realtime, but the little round target appearing on the big squared color picker does not move in realtime, which is what i would like to have (as in Painter).

Which product are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version?

Exactly what color picker are you using?
