P: Constrain Path Dragging unselecting itself

Hey David, not sure if this is related, but the Constrain Path Dragging option is still toggling off after the Preferences window has been OK'd.

Steps to repro:
-select the Path Selection Tool
-activate Constrain Path Dragging
-go Pref/General, click OK

    Thank you. I am so used to using command to access the select tool that I didn't think that it would be there.

    push the A key, then in the options bar.
