P: Content-Aware fill continually crashes (macOS Mojave)

Photoshop cc 2019:  The Content-Aware/Fill routinely crashes every time I use it (using macOS Mojave); all Adobe Creative Cloud apps are up-to-date as well.

    Do you turn on Legacy Compositing in Preferences > Performance panel? 
    If so, could you try turning it off, reopen the image, make a selection and then select Edit > Content-Aware Fill? Does the crash still happen?

    Hello,
    I am having the same issue whenever I tried to start the Content-Aware Fill it says analyzing then it crashes. The clip is only 26 seconds. 
    I am using the lates MacBook Pro from last year. Can you please let me know how can I get the 2020 pre-release version? Thanks

    I know how frustrating this can be, Aidan--and glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this ongoing issue.  I'm going to try the Content-Aware Fill with the 2020 pre-release version to see if the problem's been corrected.

    I've also been actively experiencing this. Content-Aware Fill crashes every time I try to save an adjustment

    It's Edit>Content-Aware Fill.  Crash reports are automatically sent to PS.  I've read online how this is an ongoing problem with PS CC 2019.

    what i mean is that there's two these days... Edit>Fill>Content Aware and also Edit>Content Aware. One is done on canvas and the other launches a different UI.

    Sorry about that....Photoshop crashes when I'm using the Content-Aware/Fill function.
