P: Cosmetic bug - Guide colors don't match swatches in Guide Edit dialog

Minor cosmetic bug, when editing guide color, the swatches on the popup menu don't all match the selected color picker color. Screenshots using Apple Digital Color Meter but the difference can be noted visually as well. Tested on macOS 26.1, PS 27.0.0. Not tested on Windows.

1. Create a document and add a guide.

2. Click with Move tool to select the guide and right-click to Edit

3. Note the color popup menu with a color swatch.

Expected: colors should match between popup and color picker swatch

Actual: colors don't match
