P: Crashes in OpenCL when changing image size (windows)

Anyone else having an issue with Photoshop crashing when trying to change image size.  I have a lot of orders to complete and this was no issue until I did the update.  HELP!!!!!  And I have done three of these

    Thanks for submitting a crash report. It looks like the issue is with OpenCL and your card/driver.

     

    Go to Preferences > Performance and click on the "Advanced Settings" button. Uncheck Use OpenCL, restart Photoshop and try your steps to see if the problem persists.

    If that doesn't try using the Adobe cleaner tool
