P: Crashes on Print Request

I have now altered preferences to reset on exit. Restarted PS and reset all my personal preferences. Opened an old file and hey presto I now get error boxes showing printer mismatch when trying to print instead of it continuously crashing. I have closed and re-opened PS and opened a different old file and the print option now appears to work as expected. Very strange as I have reset the preferences many times using the CTR ALT SHIFT method and never had any success that lasted more than a single session. 

Hi Jeffrey. I have just unistalled and re-installed my printer with all the most recent software updates and tried again. It still crashed but for the first time it created a crash report which I have submitted. Hope this helps.

Spacebar option definitely does not work. However if as you suggested I copy all the layers to a new document it will print fine. 

I do not appear to have this problem on my laptop. I rarely print from it so I have never looked for the issue. I will try reloading my printer drivers and re-installing PS as well. 

Hmm. That would be strange not to work - I wonder if there's a timing issue when you're pressing spacebar and selecting the print command.

If you copy all the layers and copy them to a new document and print from that document does that work?

Also, I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system.

Hi, I have tried this and it does not work. I used to get a warning box pop up if drivers/settings were incompatible and an option to continue etc. Now it just crashes every time.

Have you tried holding down the Spacebar when selecting the print command?

This usually happens when he driver settings saved with he file is incompatible with current driver. Space bar will clear out the old driver settings.
