P: Crashing upon opening on Windows

Suddenly getting an error report when I try to launch PS. I have the latest version running on Windows 10.

The pop up says that Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The report shows a bunch of lines of code which means nothing to me.

I have already tried uninstalling and re-installing.

 

Any ideas?

    Interesting. Pretty sure I clicked the submit report button.

    But it does seem ok now. I did uninstall and re-install again. This time removing preferences and that seems to have taken care of whatever the issue was.
