P: Crop tool flickering/stretching on MacOS 10.10

Using the arrow keys in Photoshop CC to fine tune a crop tool placement is producing a very distracting image "blink" with each press of the arrow key. With the Crop tool in classic mode fine tuning the boarder with the arrow key moves the image smoothly, without the blink.

The blink begins when you drag the crop edge beyond the image edge then use the arrow keys to fine tune or if you crop to image edge the left/right arrow keys move the image smoothly, but after using the up/down arrow keys the "blink" is introduced to all four arrow keys.

I work in the catalog industry and use the arrow keys to fine tune cropping on hundreds of images a day, so this is a very distracting problem that did not exist before CC 2015. Not using any cursor smoothing apps. Tried change the GPU performance but the flicker contiues on all settings: Basic, Normal, and Advanced. This flicker issue is being experienced by two users on two different computer:

Photoshop CC 2015.0.1
OSX: Yosemite 10.10.5
iMac 27inch 5k Retina
AMD Radeon R9 2048 MB graphics card

But was also was showing on a late 2009 power Mac, before switching the iMac.
