P: Custom Shortcut not working

I brought this up over in the photoshop beta forum as well already and now the same bug has pushed to the live version. 

 

I have a custom shortcut set up to open my foreground picker and it's now no longer working. This is affecting my workflow heavily as I rely on that shortcut. It is still showing that it is enabled in my shortcuts, but when I click N on my keyboard, nothing happens. 

 

Please fix this asap.

    Updating the thread status to Acknowledged. Have been able to reproduce this. Thanks @shaunaparmesan !

     

    Also, sorry we missed your post in the beta community Shauna, but thanks for posting there and now here. I think since your post was on another bug thread it may have been overlooked as something totally different and valid. Feel free to create a new bug thread next time you spot something like this in beta!

        Hey,shaunalynn! Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Before helping you troubleshoot, please update Photoshop to the latest version, 25.9.1, from the Creative Cloud Desktop application. 

         

        If after Photoshop update still not working try below steps. 

        1. You can try the steps in this link and let us know if this helps. https://adobe.ly/4fgTuzG

         

        2. You can delete the Commands set from the Actions panel. It's in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus.

         

        Let us know how it goes.

        I am using the latest app available in CC, the shortcut is not an action, it's a keyboard shortcut that I click to open the foreground color picker. It's not function keys. 

         

        Like if you click B to get the brush, I have N set up to open the foreground color picker. It worked up until the recent Photoshop update. It stopped working in Photoshop Beta several updates ago and still does not work. So now custom keyboard shortcuts are broken in both the live version and the beta version.
