P: Delay while zooming in or out with mouse scroll button in Photoshop 23.0 Windows Only

After updating the photoshop (Windows 10) to 23.0 my zoom in/out function through mouse scroll button started to worked delayed, and I had to revert to previous version where it works just fine.

    I just updated to 23.0 and the zooming in and out has a horrible delay. As if it was trying to zoom smoothly.

    Any idea on how to fix this?

      If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

      If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

      Hi, my photoshop got automatic update to 2022 (23.0.0), but there is some bugs.

       

      1) When i move cursor from canvas out to for example ruler or layer window or toolbar. Cursor have same weird lags for 1 second or less when hover over object which i mention before. 

      2) when i hovering over tools in toolbar, animation on tools has delay... maybe just visual problem...

      4) cursor have lags when i use spot healing brush  (painting area for heal).

       

      i find temporary solutions:

      1) Turn off ruler.

      3) Disabling Enable Flick Panning and Animated Zoom from Edit > Preferences > Tools fixes the issue.
