P: Depth Blur neural filter in Photoshop v23 is extremely weak.

New Photoshop v23 Depth Blur has major problems with strength. The blur is so weak that I had to double check if the filter applied or not.

This is the old v22.5 Depth Blur render with strength @ 75.  

New v23 Depth Blur with Strength 100.

 It is unusable at the current state and I will have to roll back to the old Photoshop version.
