Adobe photoshop version 23.0.1

Not workin depth blur effect. it's resault comes black

Version: Photoshop (23.0.1)
Platform: Windows 10
Any time I try the Depth Blur neural filter, I get black background instead of blur - you can see in my screenshot what it looks like at 70% blur strength. This result happens no matter where I have the strength slider. I have yet to see any actual results. 

Anyone else experienced this issue? Any way to fix it?

    Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
