P: Editing a corner radius for current layer is applied to newly selected layer (Frame Tool)

I was playing around with the frame tool and found that there's a bug regarding the corner radius. If I change the corner radius of a live shape and click to select a frame layer, that updates its corner radius. I tried to post a gif, but apparently, the gateway is bad, so here's a dropbox link.
