P: Error playing action that saves over an existing file

Another VERY SERIOUS problem with both Actions and Scripts.
The problem with SaveAs when a folder is specified as the destination to save.

Update 21.1 needs to either be revoked or urgently made a fix.

    This is fixed in the 21.1.1 update that went out early this morning.

    Photoshop has just updated to  21.1.0. I am on Windows 10, also just updated to latest version.  I can save files as any extension anywhere using file / save as but when I try to run an action which saves files as jpegs at full quality into a folder on my computer using a programmed finction key I get the following error:

    I can save the files to the folder by using the save as function but not by running the action on open files in Photoshop.
    It works fine using Batch / Automate on a folder but not on open files in Photoshop. 
    I have deleted and recreated the action but the problem persists.
    This action saves me a lot of time in my workflow.

    ZOOM window VIA CTRL+ plus/minus keys IS OPPOSITE  NOW! WHY???!!!
    Is it to slow users down?  Useless surprise changes in updates when it worked  just fine before????
    Hmmm, what's the point.

    Why is Adobe releasing an update with a total stuff up for productivity.
    Actions to save are not working with error message
    COULD NOT SAVE AS C:\.......JPG BECAUSE THE FILE NAME WAS NOT VALID

    Yes also having this issue and noticed "export as" is not working either when trying to create a new action.. not sure if this was a issue before or not. thanks guys!
