P: Error when saving files on a server

Photoshop CS6 sometimes can't save to my server, giving program error or telling me i don't have the rights to overwrite the file. We have to copy files on desktop, then edit, then save on desktop, then transfert to server, which is for us a serious problem. I don't know anyone in agencies not working on servers. Sometimes it doesn't give any error, sometimes it does...Thanks in advance!

Same problem here. We have a large 48TB AFP server, and I'm running Mountain Lion and CS 6 (the server is running Snow Leopard Server). Any attempt to write to the AFP volume from Photoshop CS6 gives a Photoshop Error.

Adobe is starting to piss me off, first After Effects CS5 (and above) won't write QuickTime movies to AFP volumes and now Photoshop wont write anything to AFP either. We didn't invest $40,000+ in a sever only to not be able to ever use it.

Can you tell me which platform (OS) you're seeing this problem on? We know of some issues related to saving files to network volumes and I'd like to be sure this isn't a new issue.

Thanks,
Adam
