P: "Export As" creates files that do NOT inherit permissions of the folder they are saved in

Every file saved through the "EXPORT AS..." command does not inherit permissions of the folder they are saved in. Hence no other user account can view/edit these files other then the user account they were created under (WIN 10).

Yet if I save a file through "save as" this problem does not occur.
