P: Export As File Size Glitch When Saving Over Image

Here's a video showing a glitch I've noticed when using the Export As function in Photoshop. I can confirm that it happens with both JPEGs and PNG files. It does not happen if you use Save As.

 

I was using v23.3.2, but just updated to 23.4.1 and the issue is still occuring.

 

System Specs:
Windows 10 64-bit

Ryzen 3950X

RTX3080

64GB DDR4

2TB NVME for projects, numerous backup and storage drives
