P: Fit on Screen Not working in 23.3.0

After updating yesterday to the latest version of Photoshop (23.3.0), the Fit on Screen menu item and associated Command-0 shortcut no longer enlarge an image,  If the Zoom tool is active, pressing the Fit Screen button still works.  I am on an M1 Mac, OS 12.3.1.

Dear Adobe,
Had the same issue and it is such a fundamental flaw - that I figured you would notice that ctrl-0 no longer worked and would fix it.
Sure enough, along came 23.3.1 and ctrl-0 worked fine again... for one session.
Opened it this morning and ctrl-0 is again broken.
EVERY designer I have ever met, will use ctrl-0 to maximise the image they are working on - at least once per session.
I know that Adobe Quality Control on updates is poor anyway - but most of the time we're lucky that they only break 'small things' for a month or two.
.
Breaking ctrl-0 is, for me, as much of a crime as when they broke '[ ]' from working to increase/decrease sizes.
.
Please feed the coding chimps more bananas and get this sorted - thanks.

Windows 10 - all updates applied - and ctrl-0 has worked for me for 20+ years

Just for reference,

Cmd 0 and Cmd 1 does work properly on my system no matter the zoom level of my image.

I am running Win10 and have the same issue.  The fit to screen  was working previously.  Control+0 doesn't do it either.  Any update on this fix?  Thanks.

It started in 'one update behind' you most likely have. See title.

What kind of a mickey mouse operation are they running? If you consistantly find errors upon release of new or updated software, why do you not have a checklist to test every operation? Don't be a bunch of billionaire clowns! Check out every detail before releasing it. This same level of errors has been going on for years. Please smarten up and do a professional job so you don't look like fools! (Sorry, but it really looks bad!)

Really? I just noticed it a few days ago.

I have a brand new Mac Studio running MacOS 12.3.1, with a fresh install of Creative Suite fully updated. I am having this very problem. Fit On Screen (Command-0) will down-size to fit, but will not up-size to fit. My 2013 MacPro with same OS does not have this problem. That machine hasn't been updated to the latest version of PS. It's one update behind.

Photoshop 23.3.1 unable to resize with the much relied on 'command 0' on either of the above machines.
