P: Flickering problem in photoshop workspace

So Adobe can't help me, and I must speak with Nvidia or Intel hoping they will do an update for the drivers which will work with Photoshop. Do I understand it well?

@Bart0101 , evidence seems to fall onto the GPU, given the problem happens in products from different companies (Blender and Photoshop). The GPU, primarily the drivers, are the gateway through which Blender and Photoshop can 'talk' to the GPU, and it's fairly common for GPU drivers to break for Photoshop. The drivers, in all likliehood, worked for Photoshop and Blender initially, but as is often the case, a fresh resinstallation of the GPU drivers may be in order.

Photoshop does not benefit from multiple GPUs (and in fact, dual GPUs set up a shell game with resources that causes Photoshop to get confused). For all the years that Photoshop as been around, it has become very fast with the CPU. But where it makes sense, we move more functions to GPU. However until GPU drivers become more stable, unfortunately, the fastest possible Photoshop using the GPU also requires managing GPU drivers as a necessary maintenance procedure.

From what I understand there is no solution for me and nobody knows what's going on?

Are you using any custom color profiles with your files?

Also went from Game-Ready drivers to Studio-Ready, as well as made sure I updated to the very-latest version of Windows 10, no difference.

@Mark.Dahm I'll try your recommendation next, though the flickering is not limited to the fonts menu, so I'm unsure if it will have any effect.

I don't think it's your fault, but i don't know what to do, so i try to find a information, because i've seen that problem exist from 2019 year.

I have message to You, NVIDIA, Intel, and ACER try to find a solution.

Blender app have the same problem so that isn't Adobe fault (from what I noticed when i search a solution), but dual cards laptops/desktops.

@Griffin190, I see an unrelated issue logged for situations where a document contains multiple unknown fonts. Not this issue, but it got me thinking; do you have many fonts (from different sources) installed on that system? Could you try pulling a few out to see if that stabilizes things? That flashing font menu is crazy.

Close Photoshop
Restart the computer
Use the Adobe Creative Cloud App to uninstall Photoshop
Restart the computer
Install Photoshop via the Creative Cloud App without launching any other programs.
Restart the computer
LaunchPhotoshop
Wait 5 minutes... does the error persist?
