P: Full Screen Mode causes right-click menu to disappear

After I installed the 19.1 update, I can't go "tab" or use "f" to go to fullscreen mode without losing the right-click menu.  Any brush outline that is using a Full Size Brush Tip will disappear as well, if it is over a certain size.  I have to "tab" back to the mode where my panels are overlaying my image, and then I can see the right-click menu again.  Anyone else have this issue?  Thanks!  Windows 7, btw.

Hi all,

This should be fixed in the 19.1.3 release of Photoshop that went live this morning.

To update Photoshop CC to 19.1.3, click “Update” in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop CC.
More detailed instructions for updating: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/update-app.html

Please give it a try and let us know if it’s fixed for you.

Regards,
Pete

Jeffrey-

1. AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
2.  Yes!  enabling rulers does work!  Both cursor and and context menus are visible with rulers on.

Thanks!

Hi Dorje, a couple of questions:

1. What graphics card do you have?
2. As a workaround, does enabling rulers make the cursor and context menu visible?
