P: Guide not showing during dragging

Just upgraded from PS 2019 to PS 2020
Guide lines now don't show when being dragged
Only when the mouse button is released does it display in its present position
As you can imagine, this is a real problem with positioning it
Never happened even once in PS 2019
I would downgrade to get this functionality back again
