It's definitely a Use Graphics Processor "Off" thing. If you enable Use Graphics Processor they display correctly.

If you update your graphics driver, it should display fine. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

My PC doesn't support openCL 😞 Use Graphics Processor grayed out

Could you elaborate, maybe post screenshots to clarify what you mean exactly? 
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
