P: HDR Preview has White Block over it

When I preview an HDR image there is a big white block covering most of the image.

    I can repro in-house on specific machines.

    Ive just tried to merge 3 images that were already exported (i.e. File>Automate>Merge to HDR in PS only) and literally nothing happened. The files did not open.

    I tried it on an external monitor same issue.

    Do you have an external monitor? If so, can you try using that as your main monitor and let me know if that displays correctly?
