P: Hit area for closing folders harder to hit

Photoshop CC 2017:

 

Steps: 
1) Have files in an open folder layer.
2) Select the layer in the folder.
3) Clicking on the down-arrow on the folder to close it.

Expected result: 
The folder will close.

Actual result:
Selecting the folder layer.

If I'm not mistaken, in the new update (Photoshop CC 2017) you now select the folder even if you click on the down arrow directly. Super annoying having to do it in two steps instead of one. Navigation between layers slows down a lot.

Never been on the site before, so new to forums. But that's a good point, I'll add some more information

Hi Christian,
I am very surprised about this forum (on others too) people cite their problems but never give information on their OS, GPU  and others or this may be important at least to check if it is or not a general bug.

I work on Win10 Fam v1607 , I have no this problem and I gave the same answer to two or three other cases mentioned on the forums
