Just updated my Photoshop to Photoshop CC18 and now I am not able to define the size of my brush with my wacom pen. Using the right mouse key + ALT , it works as it is used to be but using the pen + ALT (using the button as right mouse key) I only can choose a colour. Can anyone help me ?

guys follow the "PSUserConfig.txt" method and if it doesn't work try to make the name of the file "PSUserConfig" without ".txt" and keep "use windows ink" checked in Wacom Tablet Properties in mapping tap

The Mac shortcut is Control + Option not Option + Right Click

Peu Dias, I think you forgot that disabling Windows Ink also disables proper pressure sensitivity for the pen. At least it does for me. So that is not a solution for the issue.

FCK them all. I spent a lot of money for professional equip. (hardware and software) and now this?
1 month ago was everything without problems (after idiotic fall updates) 14 days ago was the problem back, 2 days ago  (without any my action) was my pen working all right and today I can't change brush size again. I'm uninstaling CC, stop paying and go to steal CS 6 - No updates, No problems.

Have the same terrible bug. I'm quite disappointed in wacom/photoshop policy. This is just one of basic required features, and if it doesn't work - I don't know what to add. Shame.

So, the problem still persists. Very annoying and CC2018 seems to have so many small bugs it sometimes drives me crazy.. Anyway, my tip for everyone: uninstall Windows 10 fall update (1709), go back to previous version and it seems to do the trick. So I will have to wait, once again, until a permanent fix is available. Whoever will release this patch (Microsoft, Adobe or Wacom). I will subscribe to this  and hope someone can write here if a fix is available.
