P: I can't open on my iMac running Catalina 10.15.3

Yesterday I installed the most recent version of macOS Catalina (10.15.3), I was using the 10.15.2 I guess (or the previous of the one I installed). Since yesterday I can't open Photoshop 2020. As soon as I click on the icon the window of "unexpected quit" appears as you can see in the image (It's in Italian). I've tried to uninstall and install again the app and tried to install an old version of Photoshop (I'm currently using the 21.1) but nothing changes. Have anyone experienced the same? How do I solve this huge problem? I wanted to run the app through the terminal, maybe that could help, but I don't know how to.

    But now it doesn't do it each time... sometime it works, sometimes not. I have a problem with some different files. Some files make it crash. Some files in the same folder don't.

    It seem that it works again! I had to uninstall Photoshop with ALL the settings & preferences then reinstall.

    It looks like I don't have this problem...I only have one folder fr_FR (yes I'm french! 😉 )
     I try to reinstall one again... Photoshop worked a few minutes when I opened it just after starting my computer . I was able to create a new file with different layers & i could save it. Then i tryied to open a file that was on an external hard drive, & it started to crash once again. I am not able to re open the file I created few minutes before.

    I had two folders that were exactly the same except the name (the original one was called ita_IT). I've just deleted the folder with the name changed.

    I solved the problem. Apparently, I previously changed the name of a folder (inside the "Locales" folder) containing the language of Photoshop and that caused the issue.
