If Mouse Polling rate set 1000hz, It's little bit delay or stuttering in PS.
Especially when working while pressing the space bar (=using the hand tool) on the image, that kind of stuttering feeling is felt like that. I've recorded this on video, but it doesn't record as well as the feeling of a slight tremor or break...

I'm not sure about PS2021. PS2022 was the case in all versions. In fact, the solution to this was simple.

Just change Mouse Polling rate set to 500hz. Done...

What's interesting is that there were no such symptoms in PS2020 when the mouse poll rate was set to 1000.

Also, what's more interesting is that the mouse is set at 1000hz, and even if I move using a pen on the Wacom tablet instead of a mouse, I can feel that stuttering.

The mouse that is connected to my computer now is Logitech Gpro, and I have several mice from Logitech, BenQ's mouse, razer's mouse, and so on. (I like to collect mouse)
Regardless of the mouse, we have confirmed that this bug occurs when the polling rate exceeds 500 Hz and is set to 1000 Hz or higher.

As I wrote above, the solution is simple. We can just adjust it to 500 Hz.

But I remember that as the version of Photoshop changes every year, most of the things that didn't work were bugs, so I'm leaving a message for the development team to check.

current Photoshop version installed on me is 2023(24.0).
And I know all Adobe's solutions, such as resetting basic configuration settings and checking graphics card drivers, and I've already done this for the past year, so you don't have to worry about that. 😃

@J453  Yes. I read it. However, what I'm curious about is whether this is a problem that will be fixed, or should I continue to use a low polling rate of less than 500 Hz when using Photoshop? Because when I tested it in Photoshop 2020, even if the polling rate was set to 1000, there were no symptoms, and there were after that.

@davescm Apologies. Good catch. Accidentally posted the internal version of the doc. I have updated the link above.

@J453  The link in your reply gives a server not found message. Is it an internal document?

@Jqqerry There is a known issue with high performance mice and polling rates above 125 Hz - which is documented here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-slow-lags.html

Once again, I understand that 1000 Hz of course communicates more than 500 Hz, which can lead to delays.
But my desktop is high-performance and there was no delay due to mouse polling. Even if it is set at 1000 Hz until at least PS2020 (I don't remember 2021), I haven't gone through that process and I'm writing this because it's something I'm going through after PS2022.
