comanvictoria, could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Just saying something does not work is not good enough …

i cant use a lot of tools, effects and parts of photoshop that i am seeing on other peoples photoshop. i literally just downloaded it so im just wondering what the issue is? why cant i have access to all the programs and tools that other people have?? things like the Curve adjustment, sky changing and a bunch of other things. im trying to follow some tutorials and stuff on how to edit but i cant follow them if my photoshop doesnt even allow me to do most of the things im seeing everybody is doing.

This issue should be fixed in the Photoshop 22.3 update that went live today. This update includes fixes to some of the top customer reported issues among other bug fixes. See Bug fixes and security updates

To update Photoshop to 22.3, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop. See: More detailed instructions for updating

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Akash

Oh good! I thought I was loosing my mind! 🙂
Thanks for taking the time to check on the issue---that helps.
OK Adobe, what is the deal? Rather a basic function in something that has worked since Version 2 (which is where I started).

I can reproduce the issue.
It’s not really relevant to me but, yeah, if it’s there it’s reasonable to expect it to work.
