P: New Pen Pressure Bug

This is incredibly frustrating, I updated today (Mac Catalina) and I am losing my pressure on and off all day.

As others have noted, the pen pressure bug most often appears when clicking on another app. It also reverses itself by clicking on another app a second time. I lost a lot of time dealing with the various bugs while getting through my illustration job this week. Disappointing considering the very costly monthly subscription to Creative Cloud. 

The pen pressure bug just popped up again too.

Yes. I do not use the application frame. I just made a screen recording...

I think I may be seeing what you are describing. You have floating documents turned on (not docked in the app frame), correct?

It happens when already zoomed in and then rotating. Instead of the canvas staying in place, it instantly snaps to a much lower portion of the image. 

I'm in the middle of a job, but will send a screen capture when I finish. 

Can you make a screen capture of what you're seeing with zooming not working correctly with canvas rotation? I've tried reproducing that with no luck.

Also, rotate canvas command cause image to shift to a new location when zoomed in. 

I'm experiencing this bug too. I lose pen pressure on Mac Catalina when rotating canvas.
