P: No popup appears when right-clicking in the 'Paths' and 'Channels' panel (windows)

Since the latest update (21.1) my paths are not behaving properly. No popup appears when right-clicking in the 'Paths' window (so I can't access 'make selection, 'fill path' etc.), and when moving a path within the window it creates visual ghosting overlay images of said paths, which stay visible even when navigating to other tabs with the menu.

Thanks Jeffrey - I can confirm that 21.1.1 resolved the issue here

in the meantime, you can drag the channel onto the new channel button.

In Photoshop v21.1 right clicking a channel in the channels panel , or a path in the paths panel, no longer brings up a context menu to duplicate the channel, or similar to duplicate, stroke etc the path.

Workaround - the panel dropdown menu now needs to be used

I've also encountered this issue with both Paths and Channels.  I cannot even get the two-option Duplicate Channel/Delete Channel to pop up in Channels, and also experiencing the ghosting overlay of paths.
